FREE BEER Junto

This past Thursday i had the honor of sitting on the Philly Junto Panel and sharing some of our finest brew.

For this Brew we did 1 batch chipotle infused and 2 batches without.

2 LB Torrified Wheat
Mash at low temp(148)


Adjuncts:
3 LB Demerera Sugar
We added 3 big handfuls of dried chipotles to the one batch at the end of boil.
